I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions and commit to fulfilling them:

1. I have no relation with the vehicle’s insurance. In the event of damage to the vehicle caused by any person or accident, I will be solely responsible for all kinds of damages and will bear the cost, whether or not the accident was my fault.

2. I will also be liable to pay the rental charges for the number of days the vehicle remains in the workshop.

3. Except on holidays, the vehicle will be received between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

4. If the vehicle is involved in any police case or is seized, I will be held responsible.

5. The company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time without giving any reason. I will have no objection to this.

6. I will be responsible for having a valid driving license and for any traffic challans (tickets).

7. If I drive the vehicle for 15,000 kilometers, I will be responsible for changing the brake pads.

8. If I drive the vehicle for 10,000 kilometers, I will be responsible for changing the tires.

9. I will not use the vehicle for any unethical or illegal purposes.

10. I will be liable for any loss caused to a third party.

11. If I plan to take the vehicle outside Lahore, I will inform the company in advance.

12. In the event of an accident, I will also bear the cost of the vehicle’s replacement value.

13. If I do not return the vehicle on time, I will pay the rent for the next day as well.

14. If the vehicle is impounded, I will be responsible for it.

15. I will ensure the oil is changed after every 5,000 kilometers.

16. Finally, I once again affirm that I will fully comply with the above-mentioned terms and conditions.”
